If you jack each wheel up one at a time at turn it, look for a bulge which will be indicative of separating belts. I had that once on another car. The first one was at 70mph when the car started acting just like you say, then boom, the tire blows out. Next day the car is into Goodyear for a new tire. I spring for the balance on all four and low and behold, the tech calls me to the service bay to look at another tire - a large bulge another one was getting ready to go. All four tires were then changed out. So the point I'm trying to make is if you are looking at the tires while loaded with the cars weight, you won't see the bulge if it happens to be on the contact patch with the ground. That's how the tech found it by turning the tire to inspect while it was on the lift. Good luck and let us know what the dealer finds.

You don't get cupped tires overnight.

Something has changed very quickly.

You don't mention the Mileage on the Car and Current Tires. That would help in figuring this out.

A missing/thrown wheel weight could cause vibration but you don't say if it is in the car body O.A. or in the steering wheel. If it feels like it in the Steering Wheel then rotate the fronts to the rear and see if it changes.

A Broken Tire Belt or Tire Separation/DeLamination can happen nearly instantly and depending on which wheel, it can cause all kinds of Bad symtoms.

Wheel bearing?
God only knows with as many different symptoms that can create, but at this point any one of the suggestions offered are possibilities.

its a 2008 with 62,000kms, tires are the Affinity's, brand new put in this past Spring when I purchased the car. It pretty much happend overnight since I drove it with no problems the day before. The shake is coming from the body, steering wheel is not shocking like an alignment would do..everything shakes, windows, mirrors, seats...im hearing the run-flat sound from the driver side not sure if front or rear but like i said the pressure is fine. Im at work all night now so cant check on anything, ill have to bring it in tomorow morning and see whats going on

From that description, I would say it's a bad tire.

( I once made a 500 mile, one day round trip. No issues. Got up the next morning to go to work. Rolled down the driveway and it felt like a rim was badly bent. Said "What the ----? A tire, Michelin, had seperated sitting in the driveway! Think it had something to do with the heat buildup in the tire from the trip, then the cooldown overnight.

soo nothing big to report..dealer said it was brake dust that got wet and clumped up and got stuck between pad and drum make it rotate weird which caused the vibration and thumping..machined and cleaned and all good now, phewf!

That would have to be one big --- chunk of wet brake dust! I don't think I buy the dealers explaination on this one.
How would it clump up between the drum and shoe? If the brakes are working it would "clear" it when you used the brakes.
Like I said. I don't buy the dealers story.
