Took my ss in for the first time

So today my wife had off and took in the HHR for the first time in 3 1/5 months. Need to have 4 things looked at
1)We have a new front driver side wheel on order, as the chrome was coming off.
2)Have the vacuum pump on order, so will be nice to not have hard braking.
3)Had the open recall on the shifter taken care of. My wife talked to them and not me, so I am not sure if they even did anything or if it was fine.
4)The windshield wiper would hit the hood when pulled away from the window. They said it can't be adjusted and the other ones they compared it to were the same. I will just adjust it myself as I have read the how tos on this. They also touched up the paint on were the wiper rubbed it off. And they did not really do too great of a job, but at least it is small.

Now were I really dont care for the dealer is. my wife when she dropped it off asked them about the stage kit install and how much. The tech told here they dont do stage kits as it voids the warrenty. I wont even try to educate the guy into installing it, as I want someone w/ experience. So now I know to check the other chevy dealer in town and see what they say. Otherwise I will travel in WI for it, or my bro. lives west of Chicago and I will have it done around there.

If you are heading Chicago way you might want to try Rockenbach Chevrolet (CrateEngineDepot.com) They have installed a bunch. Ask for Tom he will take good care of you!
