Touch Up paint problem

Hi!..Wheelie has a little problem....I ordered some touch up paint with the exact color of Wheelie's exterior and applied it on him, however, the paint seems to be mismatched, the touch up paint looks BLUER then Wheelie's.

How do I remedy this problem now?

Thank you.

Sounds like Wheelie has a Mole or "Beauty Mark"

So where did you buy the paint ? Did you have the paint code ? Take it back and get the correct color

You didn't try it out in an "unconspicous place" first?

LOL....A Beauty Mark..thats funny!! LOL.

Anyway, I got it from a GM supplier, he got me the EXACT color code on Wheelie's exterior color.

could it be because what I bought was a paint PEN? and they work diffrently than other paint solutions?

Anyway, now I need to fix the problem, can you tell me how? =)

Yes I did JX3, I did it from underneath Wheelie's back bumper..(I have alot of scratches there) and when I tried it on, I noticed that the paint was BLUER then Wheelie's normal color..I was like...NOW WHAT!??!??

Well, Wheelie is now a little umm..scared...LOL,...I need to fix this thing now for him...any ideas?? =)

Did you shake the paint pen before using it to make sure that it was fully mixed before testing it?

it may be several alternates on your code. See if they can tint it. Is it a base or does it have the binder mixed in? Sometimes that will affect the color. Rub the other off with reducer and start again.
