TPMS DIC Light Disabled

TPMS DIC Light Disabled
Interesting thing happened yesterday with my 2010 SS.
My DIC popped up saying tires were low on air, but the Low Tire light didn't light up. I filled the tires, and upon starting the car up again, I realized that light, and the one next to it (looks like the traction light with slashes through it) don't light up at startup like the rest of the lights do. Would this be caused by a blown fuse, or is it possible those two particular lights burned out in my dash?

I wish my Low Tire light on my '09 SS would go out. Previous owner had it diagnosed and said module was probably bad. I saw residue that he had a piece of black electrical tape over it.
I brought it to local tire shop, they went around the car with their scanner tool and couldn't get it to go out...john

I mean I can get PSI reading for all 4 tires, I just noticed the light doesn't go on upon startup, or when the pressure was too low one morning. I scanned and got no codes.
My guess is the light burned out, but that means I have to replace the entire dash cluster, right?
