TPMS problems.
#21
I just had a sensor fail on my a few weeks ago. It just all of a sudden showed 0 psi.
I replaced it then did the relearn to fix the problem.
When they rotated your tires if they did not do the relearn it would still show it on the display in the same position no matter where the tire was installed on the car.
Not all tpms systems need to be relearned.
Sadly Some shops don't bother with relearning the tpms during a tire rotation

My program mode dont work
I have tried everything to do my tire relearn it does not even go into program mode I did the hold the block and turn the key 3 times it does nothing Is there another way to do it
Alright, I redid the reprogramming this evening and everything went normal until I got to the last tire. It would not register with the system. I redid the reprogramming three times, each with the same result. I take it that the sensor is dead on the right rear. I am due for new tires any ways, so I'll just go ahead and get some new sensors while I'm at it. Is there a certain kind I have to get or are they pretty much universal?

2008 models need to have the firmware in the RCDLR updated. They came from the factory with firmware that allowed the program to get corrupted if the battery died. TSB# 08-03-16-001B describes the condition and fix.
