Smile Turn Signal Issues

I have a issue but I'm not sure if its anything real. My turn signal stays on even after I turn. Even when I do a 90 degree turn I have to turn it off myself instead of it clicking off itself. Is this a HHR thing or a real issue?

Also I think I may have a exhaust leak. Going to take it and get it checked out on Monday. Had to get air put in my tires today. It said 18 psi and it said it would take 32.

So far nothing major. My car runs sooo quietly. I'm not used to it. My dodge made a loud grinding noise when I drove it.

Well it was mostly Walmarts fault. I took it to Walmart to get the oil changed in it and they put the wrong sized oil filter on it. The put one that was to small for it on it. I drove it a hour away right afterwards. Long story short Walmart paid to have a newer motor put in it but it never drove the same since.

Lesson I learned that day.. NEVER get oil changes at Wallie World!

WoW !!!! Glad you got a newer motor after that.. HHR is about the simplest auto to change oil in.. I don't like others under my hood..

My right turn signal wont cancel the majority of the time. Warranty covered, going back to dealer next week. Probably whole lever needs replacing, I let you know what my fix was.

Thanks Frank. My hhr has a 2 year warranty so I'm going to call the service center monday to get a appointment. I just wasn't sure if I was turning the wheel sharp enough cause it does work sometimes. Didn't know if it was a known issue with the 07 hhr.

Our cars do have a long range of turn before shutting the signal off. If it happens when turning 90* at an intersection I would take it in though.

Okay thanks prod. I can get them to check it out when I get the exhaust leak checked.
