Update: Outside air temp read problem
The problem of my outside air temp indicator staying at one temp for long periods of time has been resolved - at least so far. It took trying (3) different what the dealer called a BCM (body control module) before they got one that would work. Chevy was assisting them during the process, so for others having the same issue, Chevy can't say it hasn't heard of the problem. Anyway, just thought I'd pass this on FWIW.

My outside air temp indicator seems to work fine until the outside temp gets above ~90F. Then it seems to climb faster than the actual outside temp. So when it gets to be about 90F it is reading about 95F and @ 95F it is reading about 105F. I was told by the dealer he couldn't find anything wrong - that it was working properly ("Working to design specs"). It was only about 85F when he checked it though. What good is having an outside temp ind. if it doesn't read properly ?

I had a problem with mine but opposite. It was reading 57F degrees when in reality it was about 94F degrees. It was stuck at 57F degrees for about 4-5 hours. Then out of no where it works just fine. Maybe it was after I checked the fuse block for loose fuse. There was no loose fuses by the way.
