The too rich code has been intermittent, and the last time I checked the codes it wasn't there, but a cylinder 4 misfire was.. sigh.. I already replaced the spark plugs, new injectors, swapped the coil pack. I thought maybe working on the manifold I was crushing the wires that go to the coil pack, so I put some electrical tape on there where the tubing cracked away and could make contact with the valve cover

Did you do a compression test? I really don't feel like going back 5 pages.

Update

Just wanted to update that I had installed a new flange gasket on the manifold to exhaust and have driven over 1k miles without getting a fault code for running rich. I have not fixed the stud or bolt so if it is leaking it's not enough to pop a code. My fuel trims are better but still not ideal but that's okay as long as the code and hard shifting are gone all is well. Thanks to all help from everyone.
