Dealer will never see mine out when it's out of warranty or non-warranty work.

When I first got my car it was great then I started to get a shimmy when I started to slow down from highway speeds. It was deemed warped rotors I took it back to the dealer and they turned the rotors free of charge.

This is a common problem for rotors that were not bedded properly. Here's a link for procedures from Hawk (they produce high quality pads for street & track).

It's hard to do this with an off the lot car as you never know who's test drove it, how many times they stopped, etc. But if you ever swap rotors & pads, it's good to bed your new brakes.

Had mine turned under warranty and not there is a swooshing noise in the front in from time to time. They looked at it again the other day and decided they need it back again to take more time to figure out what the noise is. My wife is over there now and they are supposed to give her a car to use. I wonder what that will be???

Wow, I must of got a different batch of steel in my rotors. Hitting 35,000 and still no problems. Mabie it helps to drop the anchor with the long rubber band to stop.
