Call a GM dealer service department for that type of info.
Because:
A) the warranties are different year to year
B) nobody here knows anything more than what is printed in their Owner Manual (officially, anyway).
C) different GM service departments read different things into warranties.

We can try to help with fixing mechanical problems, but we are not part of GM.

If you need a Owner Manual try here https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/general-hhr-4/online-owners-manual-3074/

I would be interested in knowing the name of the warranty and if it does cover your questioned items.

Frankly, your car is 7, possibly 8 years old. I don't know of a warranty that would be worth it's "salt" on a car of that age.....that is, unless you paid about $3000.00. But still doubt it, because both those items would be covered under the CAR MANUFACTURER'S initial warranty of 36 month/ 36,000 mile requirements.....but nothing after that.

What warranty is it? GM or aftermarket? Either way, you'll need to contact whoever you purchased it from to know what is covered.

X2

And pay attention to the "fine print", things that you think might be covered, could be excluded due to some obscure clause.
