Put the ak47 down now, step back from the service counter, we don't want you posting from prison.

First I would like to thank my wife, after leaving the stealership she stopped and got a bottle of Crown and a brick of 7.62. Love ya hon!

Ok, so I pick the car up, and I just had a hunch. It just didn't sound right. SO I get on it 15 in 1st and 2nd then it drops to 10 in third. I thought I was riding on the back of a snail, so I immedietely turned my ass around and went straight to the service department and pulled into the service bay. No one and I mean no one approached me until I asked to see a manager(at least 5 min), but ohh everyone was looking at me. those bastards knew something wasn't right. No one said anything to me until my wife asked to see a manager, who btw is a complete shiny tooth moron! I explained that the power just wasn't there and was told the car was fine. I said before I brought it to you it was boosting a solid 24-25psi, and it was running like stock. I asked if it was flashed back to stock, and they didn't know what I was talking about. iI said it was GM tuned....What do you mean, GM doesn't tune cars. ****ing Morons. I even showed them the install paperwork from Champion Chevy, the air-box barcode, and premuim only sticker as well as both T-maps. they still didn't get it. Morons. At this point I was getting a song and dance, well my wife and I absolutely lost it! By the time we were done giving them a piece of our mind their collective IQ went up at least 20 points! So I was told I could take the car elsewhere. I said no way this is YOUR problem, and it will be fixed! They didn't even do a finished job on the body work. the hood opens halfway then gets stiff, they never fixed the chipping, and the idiot paintless dent removal mised a handfull of dings. On top of it all they had 3 weeks to put tire on the car and they didn't, they also had three weeks to address the fuel pressure sensor and didn't.

So after a few clips and a drink or two I'm going to start elevating my complaints, because these people are incompetant at best. Starting with the insurance. Let me put it to you this way, if this car was on a used lot, I would keep walking! I am so pissed! DAVE KIRK AUTOMOTIVE IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN TENNESSEE. Lets see how that shows up in a web search.!

Also, when pulling away from the service area there were enough people standing around my car to start a race team. get it right *******s!

Holy crap. Vent much!

I know how you feel. I think we have all been there with something. Maybe not a car but dealt with morons that don't have a clue. Your case may be a bit more severe though. It's no laughing matter and I really hope you get everything took care of. It is a wonder that your not posting from prison yet though.

Swerv,

This car is like family to me, I am one of these idiot owners who will never get rid of it, and these people have burned me once before.

Sleeper, I would love another dealer... The next closest one is forty miles away. Fortunately my best friend Jason (who own a cobalt ss) starts working there next week, doesn't help me now though. Problem is I live is a small rural town that has never seen an HHR SS ever. Im country but these people are backwoods. I absolutely loved Mike at Reeder Chevy (100 miles) and Chuck at Champion Chevy (560 miles). I'm telling you after this experience I wouldn't let them change a spark plug on a lawnmower.

Yet another update. Having spent the morning on the phone with varoius managers, and showing documentation that someone went "joyriding". there is a huge mileage diff. between the service paperwork between the body shop and service department which are located accross the street from each other, this has likely led to a destroyed turbo or worse, the dealership has given me this to drive until mine is properly fixed, for FREE. We turned in a laundry list of unfinished fixings that were supposed to be completed and wern't

it is a 2011 2LT with all the bells and whistles. If I can I may purchase this one for the wife. I also now have at my disposal a car to make more Laser parts for. he he he

Still not at all happy with dealer, especially when I was told that the independant Paint less dent removal contractor had access to my vehicle "after hours" and is the person most likely to have caused damage to the engine. But they are at least trying

PS No Chipmunks were harmed in the making of this thread, and I can report prision is out of the equation... for now

That's a nice driver, I love my 2LT, but my Wifey drives the SS, I don't think She has ever got the boost gauge over 5....

Looking forward to the happy ending for you.

foolmoon- I feel yer pain.. I'm very rural here as well..

I know when GM decided to close Hall Chevrolet, I was so bummed.. Those ppl really knew how to provide customer service..

Don Ledford Chevy is Good, but just doesn't have the personal touch..

Wifey likes it, BUT, (big but) she still insists on a Ford Focus ST. I hope she lets me drive it.
