Replace the injectors and replace the spark plugs with the AC Delco Iridium 41-103 plugs!!!! They are cheap and guaranteed to make your HHR happier. I would go with the advice of the guys on here because they are quite knowledgeable.

Actually I misspoke. You don't have direct Injection, so the fuel would leak into the intake ports, in the cylinder head, puddling at the back of the intake valves. One cylinder(possibly two) would have the intake valves open, letting the fuel into the cylinder. Mostly same result, though.
It's a much easier job to replace injectors on your engine, than it is on mine. I'd have to remove the intake manifold to get to them.
I would suggest to first replace the spark plugs with the Delco 41-103 as suggested. If you still have the problem, then replace the injectors.

I just tried the ac Delco 41-103 still having the starting issue. Now it threw a code p0010 the intake cam actuator. Could that cause my starting issue. I cant do the injectors until my mom brings back my car.

Yes the intake solenoid has a loose wire or needs replaced

Did you disturb the harness whilst changing the plugs?
And what did the old plugs look like any discolouration or fouling?

Typically a problem with the intake actuator solenoid wouldn't cause a starting issue. But it should be addressed anyways - they are pretty easy to replace - https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-...13-14-a-28779/
