Windows won't roll down!

A couple of weeks ago I realized that all of my windows in my 08' HHR SS stopped rolling down. Both fuses are fine and power is getting to both. So I assumed it was the drivers side switch and replaced that. Still no windows. I know now that the problem is in between the switch and fuse box, but I have no idea how or where to check first. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The window master lock switch supplies ground to the window motors. Does that help you figure out what is going on?

You do know about the master lock button?

How about the RAP relay? #32 on the BCM

Fuse #30 on the BCM.

Hey Don. Did you notice the schematic doesn't show the passenger front door window switch ? Odd (or I'm reading it wrong.)

For the OP. Here's the upper part of Don's schematic. Also to note that the ground wire terminates under the drivers seat.

It's a 2008 no front door switches on LS/LT. I think the book doesn't know SS as different in 2008.

Fuse #36 underhood.

Here is what they have for 2009 SS:

I know it's not the master lock button because there is no power going to the switch at all (the light on the button is not lit). I think that also rules out the relay. I assume the switches dont have ground so I guess ill have to look around for where that could be.

If you actually look at the schematic in post #4 you won't be making erroneous assumptions. Disregard post #2 & #3; they are for cars with switches on the dash.
