The Site was Colored Gray?

Anybody else see this yesterday? It was sometime in the afternoon, and when i loaded the site one of the many times throughout the day, all of the orange was gray. It looks really good, really fresh and clean.

I didn't know if it was because my cache on the computer finally cleared or what, but then it stayed that way while i clicked through a few posts, and then back came the orange.

None the less, i liked it.

That has happened to me over a dozen times. Usually wright after that if I log off and try to get back on the site the server will be down to me.

I'm surprised that this is the first time someone has brought this up.

I've not found any such option as to changing the appearance of the site, only how the threads appear. Have I been overlooking something for 3 years?

Jay, I'm thinking it has happened to me one time as I was logging in. It's not under any of the clickables. If it ever happens again I'll remember to copy it

I've had it happen to me as well and on more than one occasion. I just thought it was my IP and never gave it a second thought.

I'd like to see something other than the doggie orange.

If you want to see something completely different, try IE8 beta.
Fortunately it has a 'compatability' switch.

i just thought it was odd because i never log out or in, i have it setup to always remember me on all of my computers. I never clear my historys or caches either because i have to often go back and look for them. I spend a good 12 hours a day on the computer, so i gotta be able to go back to remember things.
