There are four motels in the area. I will tell you about only two of them.
Number one on my list is :
"Stay Inn " of Eufaula. It is at Hwy 69 and State Hwy 150 on the NW service road. Phone Number: 918-689-3999. Fax is same number.
They have the following: Rates are $69.95 per Night. Non-Smoking Rooms, 2- Queen Beds. All down stairs. Cont. Breakfast, WI-Fi, High Speed Internet.
This is my #1 choice. New carpet, new bedding, new paint. Super eating spots across the Hwy. Easy on-off Hwy.
Numer two is "Lakeview Landing & RV Park". 918-452-2736;
They have Rates: $73.00 per night. Non-smoking rooms; Has a small frig in room as well as a microwave. Nice view of lake. Has WI-FI and Highspeed Internet. No restraunts close.
If you want the name of the other two places, call me at 918-452-2003.
For those who would like to arrive early, Should the guys want it, I will have a BBQ with Burgers and Hot Dogs, as well as soft drinks for the children. We could meet at the motel and caravan to my place. (Just a thought).
The local Chevy dealer said he will have one there if he can keep one in stock. And the moose dude.
I will give to everyone who attends the show a thank you gift bag from ClearKote. I think you will enjoy it.
You guys wanted to get a mini meet going, well here is the perfect excuse for one. PM me and lets get this thing going !!!!!!!!!!
Or call. Or whatever. One thing I failed to mention, there will be a pancake breakfast Saturday Morning. And Yes lets ALL put our cars in the show. We just might wing the most members at the event !!!!!

Went by the chamber of commerce today to drop off 300 bottles of QS for the poker run on the lake July 29, and got a application for the car show.
Entrance fee is $12.00 before the show and $15.00 during the show. It includes a dash plaque.
The show is put on by the club called "Rust to Riches". Registration is 0700 hrs. to 1200 hrs. There is a class for "PT Cruiser", not one for the HHR. I guess we will need to enter that class and win the trophys !!!
Preregistration cut off date is July 22nd. Anyone wanting me to pregister for them, e-mail me at ck@crosstel.net. I will be more then happy to GET-R-DUN for you. See youguys at the show.

The pancake breakfast is in the Community Center. It starts around 7:00 and runs untill about 10:00. It is located about 2 blocks from the park. Believe me, you will not get lost. There is also two different restaurants to have breakfast as well as a McDonalds and Braums.
Hope this helps.
