New info on MidTnHHR's website...

I have just now added several pages and cleaned up the site, all for you!

You may now preregister on the site for the Biltmore Bash.
PLEASE feel free to do so.

FYI, if you need to pay by check and land mail, you can only
do so until Aug. 15th. Send me an e-mail, pm or use the contact
page on the site and I will send you my mailing address.

PLEASE consider preregistering for the Biltmore Bash.

I don't wanna nag, but it is very diffucult to keep promises
without your support.

For those of you with two HHR's I have a special for you.

Again, send me a PM, e-mail or use the contact page to
send me your phone number and I will call you.

Questions, comments, whatever....

I talked to my wife about going to the Biltmore Bash. We might be coming for that weekend, depending on whether or not we both have to work.

Thhhr,

I think you have missed the point. The money is used to obtain
the prizes, cover costs such as, promotion fees, entry fees,
trophies, etc.

I have never put one of these together before. But, with the help
received from other more experienced folks on this forum and by
checking out other events, we have come up with a really big
event at a reasonable cost.

As I recall, I did ask for help all along and nobody stepped up.

If you think the price is unreasonable, offer up a different plan.

If you want a complete cost breakdown, send me a PM, an e-mail,
or leave me a messsage via the contact page, and I will respond
with numbers.

If you want something different, or if you have a better plan,
I'm OPEN!

In all fairness to Dan, to take this on is a monumental task and I am glad that he has taken it on. I for one would not know where to begin. Therefore I have put my trust in him and the other promoters for this event. I think it is going to be as blast and well worth the $50 bucks for myself and wife. I am already pre-registerd and looking forward to the event.

If you live in the surrounding states, join in the fun!

Holmes Hot Ride,

Thx for the support, both in this forum and your pocket book as well.
(BTW, I did receive your check in the mail!)

I have learned one thing in doing this so far, and that is
somedays, you might be the bug, and others the windshield!!!

BUT seriously, I will send full disclosure to ANYONE
who asks me for it.

I do want to hide nothing, but in the same frame, I do not feel it
proper for me to personally bankroll the event.

Dan, Just curious! How many commitments do you have so far? You can send it to me by email if you like.

Guess I stuck my foot in it!!!

The "joke" was that the $50.00 was for a bunch of PAPERWORK

...no mention of the run, the Biltmore photo, BBQ, etc.

I was trying to mess with Holmes Hot Rod...please forgive the lousy attempt @ sarcasm

Wife and I still plan on showing up Saturday afternoon...please forgive....

TNHHR, Apology accepted... Sorry if I went off... My bad.

I just am a little to close to making sure this event is all that
everybody wants it to be.

As I said, I have never done anything like this before.
So PLEASE forgive my mistakes.

Holmes, to answer you, so far you are the only one to pre reg!

And that is why I am getting a little nervous????

I have no extra funds to really get things rolling yet,
Part of me says, I am asking for too much money, but the other
part says, it is what is, and it is going to cost what it costs.

So, I was getting gun shy about the what might be percieved as a
over priced event and nobody wanted to pay that much.

So, sorry if I overreacted, and took things the wrong way!

PLEASE go ahead and preregister as soon as you can.
Even if your coming up Sat.

Contact me and we work something out if we need to.
