Yes it's for a 2009 panel. And I do not need the box. I am looking for rear seat and mounting hardware with seat belts. Black or dark gray leather would be great but if all I can get is cloth I will roll with that. I'm on the west coast of central Florida... Thank you for your help.... Wayne

Also, 06-11 model years, the seat didn't change size. Just trim levels. LS/1LT cloth, 2LT Leather, SS Suede/Microfiber I think.. Could be wrong on the last..
