Things to do at the FL 2008 State Meet

We are working on the Month, now what all to do!
The most Centrally located place is near Orlando.
Kississmee, lots to do.
Maybe a Beach run to Cocoa Beach?
Run down Downtown Orlando?
Animal Kingdom?
Diz?

Those near the area PLEASE pipe in as to what all we can do!

Lets start getting IDEAS!

How about me rewording the statement:
What would you like to do at the 2008 State Meet?

Well any of the Diz parks are fine w/ me......my annual pass is current.

I was thinking of keep it on the less expensive side, any of the parks in the neighborhood are $$$$, and if members wanted to come w/ family they may feel that there is much for them to do and shy away from the event.

Forget about the Church Street Station. It is closed and no entertainment there
at all now. All they have downtown Orlando is Bars, Bars and more Bars. And those don't get cranking until 11:00 p.m.
About the only place is City Walk at Universal Studios for entertainment. They do not have a admission charge. But some of the clubs there do.
Or Olde Town in Kissimmee for the Saturday night Cruise. That is a blast to see.
Olde Town does have some eating and drinking places and some thrill rides.
