First of all, great group of people. From San Diego to Lancaster. I really enjoyed the day with everyone and everyone's clean rides...While I sit here typing, I just realized my 30 year High School Reunion was tonight. oops..oh well, maybe another decade or so...CYA next time, Go ANGELS

 

It was a great SoCal get together today. The weather was near perfect. The company was excellent and it was great to meet some new folks too. Like last year it was our car show within a car show. We talked about HHRs with dozens of people.

Sargechris could be our first documented "group" sale of an HHR, of course he was pretty much getting one already.

It was great to double our attendance with 12 cars this year. I guess next year we shoot for 24 cars.

Thanks Angie for the meet up at your place and leading us so well to the fairgrounds. I wish I could have seen the line of cars, but like I said "I can't see S*** at night!"

Well there isn't much more I can add to the previous posts. It is always good to see the "regular" group and also to meet new people.
It always good to be able to give info and help to others looking to buy a HHR or exchange info with fellow owners.
Thanks to Angie for the invite to meet at here casa even though I could get there.

Maybe next year some of the Nor Cal Gang can join you in the festivities or even the One Year Anniversary?: Also thanks for the pics cause it's almost like being there without the drive! I just got a letter telling me that my 40 year reunion is coming up in November.

Again, my pleasure to host folks at my tiny messy home--the albino bat's behaved themselves and Xochitl loved all the attention. And glad you all liked the BB's.

I will miss Oceanview next weekend, but look forward to Tom's on 11.8.08 (is that the date we chose?).

Ok Sorry i wasn't able to post my Thanks yesterday but came home and crashed was up long enough to pick son up from work and then out again.

Like everyone said it was a great day with great friends and new faces. I like talking to people about our cars and answer questions they have and we had one of each type so evertone could see them all and compare. We even had a Southern Comfort Conversion.

Well i need to get moving here and get some things done see ya next weekend at OceanView.
