F150 1 hhr 0

We folks, my HHR is dead. Totaled it Monday. Hit an oil slick on the 5 Frwy Monday morning. If it wasn't for the F150 rear bumper I would have just kept on going to start systems training on my new job. Gotta thank Cal-trans for all the sand they laid down. Insurance says it can't be fixed.

Know of a good 2.4 Panel, 5spd for sale???

Thanks guys. I'm ok. I sat far enough back that the airbag did't hit me. Didn't think it was that bad. I was just pisses about the oil and sand that made me slide. Only going about 20MPH. Doors still opened fine. Just took out the hood, cooling, bumper and fenders out side. When the pealed back the hood I guess there was severe damage. The passenger safety was great. May just have to buy another....If I can find one.

Thanks Tracy. The safety stuff did the job, but putting the ABS system up front was dumb. The ABS system and harness were crushed. That was the major cost of repair and the reason for totaling the car.

Went to the body shop and pulled the rear sway bar, the NASCAR Shift knob Charles gave me 2 years ago. and all my other junk from the storage compartments. Started the search for another panel. All I can find is 2.2 automatics in refrigerator white...YUK...Chevy dealer I bought it from will try and find something for me and a friend at ROTOLO in Fontana. They did have a nice black SS sitting there....BUT IT HAS WINDOWS.............
