Fontana Nascar Race Feb. 21, 2009

Is anyone going to the race? Barbara and I plan on going Saturday. If anyone would like to meet up early Saturday morning maybe we can have breakfast before going to the track.
See ya down the road

Yes Very boring

Yes I do agree with you. If you watch the truck series the last very years you might have heard the Brendan Gaughan. Barbara and I have gotten to know him very well over the years. This year he got a ride in the Busch or Nation Wide series and we haven't seen him for a few years so we are only going down for the Activity in Fontana Friday night, see Brendan Friday and Saturday morning b4 the race and then we'r headed by home.

See ya down the road

1HotHHR, We are heading to Pomona for the Winternationals then to Vegas and staying at South Point Casino. I believe Michael Gaughan owns this one. Doesn't the family own the New Orleans also. I love the trucks but never can make a Fri night race. I am so glad the racing season is back. Enjoy the race.

Yes Michael Gaughan & family does own South Point Casino. From what I know is that he sold his portion of the group that owns the Orleans and others to build the South Point Casino. I have never met his dad but I'm sure if he is anything like Brendan he's a great guy. I'm looking forward to meeting Brendan's wife. We missed last years race at Fontana so we didn't get a chance to met her.

Have fun at Winternationals and Vegas.
See ya down the road

Saturdays tickets for sale

We are going to be down for Friday only. We will be picking up two tickets for Saturday, section 6 row 48 (handicap) great seats. If anyone wants to purchase them we can meet you at the track Friday and make the transfer. I paid $110.00 with handling etc. I will sell them to you for $75.00 Be sure that you root for Brendan Gaughn # 62 in the Nationwide race.
A lot is happening in our lives right now.
See ya down the road
