SoCal HHR Crew is hosting it's Inaugural First Day of Summer Meet and Eat at Sonic's!

When: This Saturday 6/21/08

Where: Sonic's Drive-In 1632 N Lemon Ave, Anaheim Ca. 92801

Time: Let's say 6:30-ish. Some will be there earlier. Come on out and join us for HHR gazing, Sonic's famous food and drinks and good times as usual.

I should even be up there in the area, attempting to fix a fuel line in my outgoing car.

That is a favorite spot for a lot of Car clubs!

Or should we meet someplace and cruise in--we make such a *statement* when we do this...

How about we all show up separately and make it look like a bizarre coincidence as the HHRs converge on Sonic First one there park in an open area so we can all clump together as we arrive.

I will be up in Fullerton already, got to crawl under the vanagon and try to get my mits on the cracked fuel line/coupling. Why did it break Behind the Firewall, instead of the engine compartment? (I know the answer, she is jealous of my HHR). I need to get the old car gone, my in-laws are tired of it being in their driveway, and I want her to go to a good home.

 

ah dang, I'm gonna miss this one because I have a baby shower party thingie to go to on Saturday...

 

I like the idea of coming in separately for a change. Whoever gets there 1st needs to get spots for us. I'll be there early, I always get places early.

 

From what I remember, Sonic likes the car clubs to only settle on one side of their lot, so that the other is open to other customers.
Hopefully we don't conflict with any other car clubs popping up.
