Silicon Valley PT Cruisers Invites The HHR Community
#22
I showed up a bit late to this event, and there were 3 HHR's in the mix. Bud/Harvey, myself, and a sandstone HHR (sorry I did not get to meet you folks before you left)
I have to admit, I was a bit reluctant at first, but I am very glad I showed up. Many thanks to ultrmicrofiber (Steve), especially to the Silivon Valley PT Cruisers for the invitation, and the warm welcome! I will certainly be honored and try to make the next event.
Here are a few pics, unfortunately, I arrived just past sunset, so the pics are a bit dark.
After the other two left, it seemed like folks just started to swarm around my car, and looking at everything from the interior to under-the-hood. I really wish I had more mods than just my wheels (drew alot of attention anyway), but hence, all I could say was that the car was still in "original, un-restored, stock, mint" condition!

Well, the numbers were small, but the popularity was huge. Lots of compliments from the Cruiser folks after the fact, about how wonderful it was to have the HHR's there. They are definitely looking forward to doing more.
Thanks for coming out.
There was a lot of interest from the Cruiser crowd, and it appears teh same goes for looking at some of the customizations on teh Cruiser that can be easliy transferred to the HHR.
Looks like a win-win for all.
Thanks
