Valve Cover

I finally got around to installing the new powdercoated valve cover today and I have the old one to offer. I wanted to offer the old one to someone local first. Kevin "dlvrnit" sold it to me for $20 and I will offer to someone who would pass the deal on when they are done.

Kevin if you know someone in the Oakland area let me know.

My old one is in good shape and comes with old gasket and valve cover bolts. They do not come with spark plug bolts.

Just message me and I will get back to you. I live in Whittier.

Thanks, John

Hey John,

Glad to be of Help! All that we ask is when you are done Powder Coating and Installing is that you offer your take off at the same price! As soon as it stops raining here in "SUNNY" California I'll post some pic's of my Powder Coated Valve Cover !

This sounds like a question for "Super Moderator"; Chevy Mgr ! Does the 2.4 Valve Cover interchange with any other Ecotec Engine ?

2.2L and 2.4L are different part numbers, so I would say no they won't interchange.

John, I will take it. You also mentioned to me about a rear cargo mat as well? Maybe I can swing by and pick them all up?

In case no one remembers, my car was built during the month that Mexico THROWS DOWN and parties. Consequently, there are a few "quirks" with the car. One of which is a valve cover that wasnt finished. They omitted the holes near the coils that is used to mount a CGS intake.

Having said that, I would install the new V/C and have my original done since I wouldnt pass along my flawed one.
