I could tell that the gave a sh*t...but they ordered one for me. They told me to keep it on the downlow...and once I install the new actuator....to give them my old actuator...and they will put it under a warranty claim.

So...atleast I'm getting something done...
What about the reflash. Have you done that yet? Heard it mentioned in some of the previous posts, but didn't see where you had it done yet.
I would do that before throwing more parts at this mystery problem.

After I install this new actuator solenoid...me and a friend of mine have decided to datalog it before having the car reflashed. If there is something wrong with the PCM...reflashing it will do nothing...plus...it will delete the trifecta tune. By installing the new actuator solenoid and datalogging...we can atleast rule out any PCM problems if the datalogging checks out.

The more I drive the car....the more I feel it....it's like the wastegate is opening and closing..or surging. The solenoid would definently cause this problem. To be honest...this is really the last part to change....I have changed almost everything else that would effect the boost craziness.

How much boost are you pushing, you could be slaming it open and bogging down before the motor catches up, kinda like flooding it. The actuator has been a problem, also the plastic By-Pass body is subject to cracking, check the vac nipple coming off the front left of it.

FORGE Motorsports makes a billet, somewhat self lubricating, by-pass.... they also have a BOV that bolts to the end of it. As soon as I found one of these I replaced it ASAP. The plastic body just seemed weak, and all new replacements from chevy(late '09) are metal bodys..

I've had these same problems on and off for 3 years. Had a new turbo installed, solenoid valve, soldered wires, and it still runs like ****. Car has been going into limp mode past couple days, no boost nothing. Check engine light is on and I guarantee the code will be p0101 (MAF sensor) which it has been every time in the past. Maybe it's time to pony up and get a new sensor.

It's mostly only happening when I give it just part throttle....or when I just easy into it. It'll maybe hit 15 psi...then drop..then go back up...(surge)....like something is opening...and closing...and it'll just bog down. I know when you pass a car...just giving it some gas..it should take off pretty good...but it's not. Just bogs down and the boost will go up and down...up and down. Again...no codes are being thrown.

The bypass valve has been changed to the FORGE unit...so it's not that. I have also changed all of the MAP sensors (new 3 bar bosch sensors, and yes, the tab has been trimmed)

If the sensors don't fix it, Sound like the GM tune I would try to see if you can get someone get you a real tune.(hptuners or trifecta)

CEL finally came on tonight and went into limp mode....P0101 ( i believe is the MAF code). Only thing I did different was install my Dejon Intake yesterday....would that cause it to throw that specific code?

It has NEVER thrown any codes...even with it running as bad as it's been running...

when Vince tuned it...back in August...he said his tune should be fine...as far as adding any bolts on's....said it shouldn't throw a code.

Anyhow....this is the first time I've driven it with the new intake. I cleared it...I'll see if it comes back on any time soon.
