You need to take it to ZZP, they will fix it.

Soldered GMS1's had issues. The new pigtail ones do not. He also had issues due to a trifecta tune. He's no HP tuned and has no issues

Thanks
Can I still expect to have the clearance issues with the new Pigtail turbo upgrade?

Clearance is still an issue even with the new plug-in harness. Some have shimmed the IC forward(labor intensive). The upgraded stiffer motor mounts also help reduce the engine movement or rotation under torque.
I went the motor mount way. I also have a home made bracket between the oil pan and IC piping. When the engine torques and moves or rotates, the bracket slightly moves the IC pipe forward. This keeps the wiring and IC pipe at an equal distance, thus no rubbing.
Also zero issues with my upgrade going on 5 months.

I am still saving up but i am trying to get all my notes together for the dealer.
It sounds like I will have to order the kit from crate engine depot
And then have the dealer install.
Is there anything else I need to warn the dealer about other Than the clearance issue.
I would hope that by now they would have that noted in the instructions but it does not sound that way.

Still would love to see a 1/4 mile et and mph
Before. And after the upgrade in an auto.
Going from 235 to 290 in first and second sounds like it should be a huge difference

The gains are limited by the FWD. The more power is more difficult to put down with the Pilot tires. It is so easy to unload the front tires it is crazy.

On the other hand the car feels so much better than the stock 235.
