1st Problem with the Stage 1
#71
Everything has been soldiered and a bracket has been made so the lower sensor does not come in contact with the AC compressor. I tryed to move the wastegate rod....but I couldn't get it to move at all. The nuts are still in place. I checked the BPV as well, the diaphragm looks good...I'm going to go ahead and replace the spring with a dejon spring as well.

The only thing I haven't installed or done yet is the upper IC pipe....ZZP said they are getting powder coated right now and should be sent out next week. I guess it's possible the upper IC has a hairline crack or something huh?....I highly doubt it though....

inspect the wires that run from the map sensors to see if they are damaged in any way or coming in contact with anything. from every stg 1 issue i have ever read about it is almost always something to do with the lower map sensor or wiring.

I wish there were someway I could just get a whole new harness (not sure what it consists of) and get the plu-n-play adapter kit for the GMS1....that way....I could atleast rule out any type of wiring issue. (no connectors, soldiers)
