most likely a bad map connection. check the map wires near the ac condesor on the lower map sensor they may be rubbing and chafing causing a bad voltage reading causing the codes

ok look....the maf code is related to the map code...there is only a couple things it could be. like i said check the WIRING for the lower map sensor and see if it is rubbing/chafing...that would cuase a low voltage issue and throw both those codes

gotboost,

I'm sorry you are having this problem. I agree with ATLsilverSS, have them check the wiring. If the problem still has no solution after this I will exhaust my resources to try and figure it out.

Thank you,

Evan, Chevrolet Customer Service

Swap back to the stock spring on the BOV as well as the stock air filter. Chances are the air/fuel maps are whacked out by the air filter causing the 101 and that spring may be keeping the BOV either open or shut too long. Try that and report what you find back to us.

Later

i don't know where your turbo is cracked, but GM has a TSB that states NOT to replace the turbo for cracks in the inlet flange.
Bulletin No.: 09-06-93-002

Date: May 27, 2009

Subject: Turbocharger Housing Inlet Flange Cracks in Partition Wall

Models:
2008-2009 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, HHR SS
2007-2009 Pontiac Solstice GXP
2007-2009 Saturn SKY Redline
2007-2009 Opel GT
2007-2009 Daewoo G2X
All Equipped with Engine RPO LNF
Please Refer to GMVIS

Important
DO NOT replace the turbocharger assembly for this concern
The purpose of this bulletin is to address concerns with turbocharger housing cracks in the inlet flange partition wall. Vehicles diagnosed with various driveability concerns or turbocharger DTCs P0299 or P0234 after inspection, are revealing cracks in the inlet flange partition wall of the turbocharger housing. Turbocharger assemblies are being replaced based on the discovery of these cracks.
These cracks are not uncommon and are considered a normal condition and should NOT be a reason for replacing the turbocharger assembly. The cracks will not affect performance. If the vehicle exhibits driveability concerns or turbocharger DTCs P0299 or P0234 are set, refer to SI and follow the established diagnostics for correction of the customer concern

I think what andyb is saying is, the cracks in your turbo may not be the cause of your original problem. When you get your "new" turbo installed you will find out. Hope it works out.
