Turbo Tech Racing Releases Rear Sway Bar
#32
Just this past week we started shipping the newest and largest rear sway bar on the market. It is a 1.0" or 25.4 MM rear sway bar, avaliable in MANY color choices. Many Chevrolet Cobalt owners have already received and installed their Turbo Tech Racing Sway bar and love them. Here is a direct link to the product:

my question wouldn't be if it'd fit, but rather if it would be worth it. i bet it will fit, but we already have a rear sway bar (correct me if i'm wrong) and if i recall correctly, the turbo tech racing bar is only 1mm larger...again, i'm relying on memory here, but i think that's correct.

You don't have a separate bar(like the aftermarket units)All the roll stiffness is from the beam assembly. The aftermarket bar adds roll stiffness and since the factory front bar is stiffer than the non SS cars it should complement it nicely-maybe even better than the standard cars.

I got mine on just before we left on the Hot Rod Power Tour and I like the way the car handles! They do have an autocross competition on the tour and my car is feeling so good I may enter! I did notice that one thing that may be helping a bit also is that when I lowered the car, I left the camber in a bit, I'm at 1.5 degrees so that is probably helping the front handle quicker.

We installed it at the Road Kings Car show in Burbank this past weekend and it's a whole different ride :)
took no time at all with Don misplacing parts and me holding it was a breeze
