Modifications for 20"s
Hey guys, I'm probably asking something that has been answered on here before, but after trying to read through all the forums for the last two hours and not finding an answer, I'm just going to go ahead and ask again!
I'm thinking on putting some 20"s on my 06 LT and just want to know if any of you have had to make any type of mods to fit them? I've seen a few of them on here with 20"s and to the naked eye don't look like much has changed but then again, I'm not looking inside the fenders either! Just need to know if I'll need any spacers, longer bolts etc........ And I have the Gold Line Lowering springs if that'll make any difference.(please don't say I'll need to raise it again)lol! Any advice would be great. Thanks!

We put 20's on my son's '09 and he has lowered it front and rear with no mods and no problems.

I'm not running 20's but typically bigger rim= shorter sidewall on the tire. The ride will be a little harsher than stock so you'll feel the bumps/unavoidable potholes a little more. If you're lowered already then you should be used to a stiffer ride anyway. Hope that helps you.
