TPMS question

I have figured out that chains will not work on our HHR's so now it's on to studded tires. I have found a set but they do not have the TPM's in them how much of a PITA is this going to be?

In 2010 Tire Rack sold me the sensors for $34 each, installed in a tire/wheel snow package.

I'm not sure how different studded tires are, but if the are the same thing as a normal tire with studs in them, then you keep your TPMS sensors and it should be fine. the sensor is attached to the valve stem and is pretty small.

I installed new tires in july and you can do the tires with out touching the sensor

UNLESS, you are using different rims, in which case ignore my post

Yep different rims so I can change out the studded tire easily.
