They aren't going to make hideous wire wheels to fit our cars. It's hard enough finding nice aftermarket wheels due to our bolt pattern. It is still somewhat of a new pattern and only used on Chevys smaller FWD apps.

Just because you don't like them..... Lot's of wheel patterns on member cars I don't care for, but they aren't mine either.

Charles- If you are going for "whole knock off set up" perhaps you could have the mounting bases re-drilled to our specs 5 x 110mm..

wire wheel

Good idea Sleeper. Do I have to look for a special model to keep the offset OK?

Charles-

I'd say you need to find some with very Positive offset (see pic) to keep the tires under the fenders..

While Dayton doesn't make wheels for the HHR, they do make positive offset rims for the PT Cruiser.

http://www.daytonwheel.com/ptcruiser.html

And you can buy wheel spacers/adapters to get you from the Cruiser's 5 X 100mm bolt pattern to our 5 X 110mm pattern.

http://www.roadkillenterprises.com/5...00-to-5-x-110/

So this would be one option to consider Charles, you would have an offset that is going to end up somewhat "wrong" but if you absolutely have to have wire wheels its one way to go.
